An Editorial Board is established to oversee the editing and publication of the journal. The Editorial Board consists of an Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Members, with the aim of including experts from diverse disciplines.
A Handling Editor may be appointed when necessary.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the overall management of the journal’s editorial and publication processes. Key responsibilities include:
① Establishing editorial and publication plans for the journal
② Managing the operation of the Editorial Board
③ Overseeing the manuscript review process
④ Appointing Handling Editors
⑤ Making final decisions on manuscript acceptance

AEditorial Board Members participate in the editorial and review processes and perform the following roles:
① Supporting the manuscript review process
② Recommending qualified reviewers
③ Providing advisory input for the development of the journal

The Editor-in-Chief may designate a Handling Editor based on the subject area of a submitted manuscript.
The Handling Editor is responsible for managing the review process of the assigned manuscript, including recommending appropriate reviewers.

The term of the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Members is two years, and members may be reappointed.
